Good morning house please help me I'm currently having a big problem with my redmi note 9S which I caused with my hands :

I was going home from work yesterday and I saw an aboki man fixing screen guard for a man, he has a tools which contain some liquid chemicals and a drier and hand gloves etc, so I stopped and decided to have mine done, after he was done with the man's own he did mine, and tested it with a drill which I confirmed that it worked. Few hours later I was operating my phone and found out that it is no longer responding to touch effectively, i can't type with my phone anymore, sometimes it's not responding and sometimes another letter I din't pressed would appear, i also found out that my phone is operating itself, I'm really so confused right now. I'm currently typing with a friend's phone right now, please house is there anyone who has had this type of experience before how did you solved it, is it possible for me to remove the Nana screen guard. Please help me I'm so sad right now fully regret doing this.
Google and YouTube is your best bet bro, even though it looks like there isn't a solution.

What do you mean by a drill? I don't think the nano screen guard is removable. Used one on of my devices in the past and no touch issues. Curious to know what the drier and the drill you mentioned were for.

The drier was used to dry the liquid to merge with the screen, while the drill was used to test the hardness of the guard

Unfortunately, you've gotten the hardness level but lost the sensitivity! If you're able to fix it, please, don't go near that thing again.

Bros trust me u applied the fake one, here in alaba lagos the real nano glass is being applied by a machine that looks like a big power bank.

First the person will clean ur phone

Next he will apply a certain chemical on ur screen

then he will place ur phone (screen first) inside the machine and he'll close it.

Then u wait for 5mins till it reaches 100% then ur nano glass has been applied.

Despite my horrible description I'm pretty sure this was not the same process the roadside aboki did right?
If you had asked here first I would have advised u against fake ones.

Lastly nano glass cannot be removed but after let's say 3-5 months it can expire. I'm guessing u won't wait till then cos lord knows I can't.

I'm sorry I don't have any other solution to this except u buying a new touch pad from aliexpress.

Why buy a 125W charger for a 10W phone in the first place?
Lol I tire for myself.
I might not buy a wattage as humongous as that...
But something mildly higher than what my phone supports.

I use RN8 pro also and my android system right now consumes over 35% battery. You have also recommended I download and reinstall ROM, how do I do that?

How to manually update..

Go to Settings > About phone > System update.

If tapping the 3-dot button shows the “Choose update package” option, click on that and choose the downloaded ROM from your internal storage or SD card. In case you don’t find the “Choose update package” option from the 3-dot menu, tap on the MIUI 11 logo inside the “System update” page several times. A prompt will then show that additional updater settings are now available. Now you can tap on Choose update package and select the MIUI 10 update file

That’s it. The system will start decrypting the file and install it automatically for you. Wait for it to finish the process, which may take 10-30 mins

Data should be on during the decryption process

After updating force restart your phone, randomly within the first two days.
