The Weapon of Mass Destruction of the Mid-2000s to early 2010s... Obafemi Martins, 35, has been signed by Ighalo's parent team, Shanghai Shenhua as replacement for Iggy who extended his loan deal at Man Utd.

Shanghai got two forwards actually. Martins was one of them. It is a return too b'cos he has played for them before.
that guy deserve that title,he was tested for drug on weekly bases when he was at inter. What a talent he was,i wish we had iwobi during is era he would be getting those defence splitting passes.

Victor Osimhen’s new agent is William Avila. Napoli will now define the final details with him.

Lol... Yes... Of DW Sports. Smart move by Osimhen. The delay was b'cos of his greedy agents, now Ex-agents anyway. Osita Okolo, now ex-manager of Osimhen and the other french guy, Jean are now fired. Very good. Trying to use greed for personal bonuses to delay a good deal.

Seems Osimhen's actual transfer fee will be around €60 million+ euros including bonuses.

That will make him #5 on the list of Most Expensive signings from Africa in Football history but that's no matter. My wish overall is for him to bag this move which will surely shatter the Nigerian Transfer record by miles and break the "50million" ceiling for Nigerian players.

I am certain in future, with the lad in his beast prime as a confirmed world class striker, he will fetch a 100million+ transfer fee. I just know it will happen.

For now, it is time for the lad to go be a super star in the Serie A. I see him breaking the African transfer record in future. I'm confident about that. cool

Let me just drop this here for the records.

Osimhen part ways with his agent

Lille and Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen has parted ways with his agent.

The 21-year-old goal poacher who has been in the news lately, had a disagreement with his old agents(Jean-Gerard Benoit Czajka/Didier Frenay) and has now entrusted himself to a new agent under the direction of Lille president Gerard Lopez.

According to a reliable source the agent had put personal interest before anything else in his dealings with Napoli. This has been the major reason behind the stalled deal between Victor Osimhen and Napoli.

It would be recalled that the Lille striker had arrived Napoli to sign a deal rumored to be within the region of €70 million.

The deadlock in the proposed switch to Napoli and the perceived lack of trust made Osimhen align with a new agent.

His new agent, William D’avilla who currently manages Emmanuel Dennis (Club Brugge), Moses Simon (Nantes), Samuel Kalu (Bordeaux) among others was recommended by Lille president Gerard Lopez.

A very experienced football agent, William D’avilla was involved in the transfer of Victor Osimhen from Charleroi to Lille. This no doubt will open a new chapter in the intriguing twist to the proposed transfer of one of Nigeria’s hottest football exports.

Once a player is changing agents in the midst of negotiations. I can assure you that there is more to this story.

Watch out for counter claims and all kinds of allegations.

And then when Lille are recommending a preferred agent, there are way too many questions that will remain unanswered.

Watching Brentford vs Preston North End, they seem to want it more than WestBrom. They play like an EPL side and their movements are quite purposeful. They can beat any side from the bottom 6 EPL side.
