Africa has the highest rates of educational exclusions in the world . Here are the countries with the best education system in Africa; 1. Seychelles: Seychelles holds the position for the best education system in Africa with 69.3 points as it’s the only African country in the top 50 education system globally, at the 43rd position. 2. Tunisia: In Tunisia, education is given a high priority. Tunisia has a score of 61.4 points in global education system. 3. Mauritius: Mauritius is not only famous for its beautiful cities and breathtaking beaches, the country also has one of the best education system in the world. Mauritius has a score of 61 points in the global education system. 4. South Africa: South Africa has a score of 58.4 points in the global education system, which makes the country’s education system one of the best, not only in Africa, but also the world. 5. Algeria: Since the 1970s, the Algerian government introduced the system, in which school attendance became compulsory, for children between the ages 6 to 15. Algeria has a score of 57.4 points in the global education system. 6. Botswana: Since independence in 1966, Botswana has made great efforts the edu system. At a time, there were only few graduates in the country, while a very small percentage of the population attended secondary school. Botswana has a score of 56.7 points in the global education system. 7. Kenya: In Kenya, basic education starts at age 6 and lasts for 12 years, with 8 years of primary school and 4 years of secondary school. Basic education is the right of every Egyptian child from the age of six. 10. Namibia: Namibia has a score of 52.7 points in the future education system. In Namibia, it’s mandatory for every person between the ages of 6 to 16 to receive an education. Good one. Nigeria may be at the bottom because the minister of education and education ministry value the following more than schools: 1) Opened markets but shutdown schools 2) Opened Churches and mosques but shutdown schools 3) Opened hotels and restaurants but shutdown schools 4) Opened motor parks, airport and transportation system but shutdown schools 5) Conducting elections but cannot conduct SSCE, NABTEB, NECO, WASSCE 2 Likes |
