—Tomato blend (tomato, tatashe and rodo) in 4:3:2. You can even take the tatashe higher. Sometimes I do that.

— Steam the blend to reduce water content and frying time.

— Fry the tomatoes mercilessly on low heat.

I have never met these tomatoes that are not “red”. It must succumb to my frying.

How long do you fry, 30mins? 1 hour?

The last stew I made was really nice. I fried for about 40minutes. I could have gone further though.

Another question, do you add nutmeg to your stew?

Dinner:
Baked Potatoes, Coleslaw, and BBQ Chicken with a mix of Ketchup and BBQ Sauce.

Also, made Cauliflower Bagels to increase my Breakfast Options. This is my first time at it. Followed the recipe on Clean and Delicious.
