Good morning Elders in the House,

Please, if I get a PNP nomination in an NOC different from my primary NOC in my express entry profile(e.g PNP nomination is NOC 0111 and Primary NOC in express entry profile is NOC 1111),do I need to change my primary NOC in my express entry profile before accepting the PNP nomination?

Your usual support will be appreciated.
Thank you

It is very important you change it not before you accept the PNP but before you are even nominated.

IRCC asked me to tell you not to worry about the expiration of medicals. COPRs and medicals will be extended when you are ready to travel.
I hope you have not resigned though

Hello People, please I need your kind advice. A friend is trying to start his application for express entry. However, he has tried applying for student visa twice to America and twice to Canada but was denied. Please what are his chances for a successful express entry application, considering the student visa denial four times.

KIndly assist.

Thank you.

As long as there were no misrepresentation during the applications, the previous visa denials will have no impact on the current application

Lol. How did IRCC give you that information?

I haven’t. All glory to God. But I want to travel. Only reason I haven’t is cause I don’t have my passport with me.

Notarized with a lawyer with his/her seal on the documents that requires a notary public, scan all the documents you are required to scan, we used camscanner, then post the documents required by courier. Follow all instructions,
While filling out the forms.

Okay, thanks! All that was done save for the courier part which they are not asking for due to COVID related changes.

Before nomination or before an interest was shown?

For provinces that pick from the poll (AINP, OINP, NSNP etc), they only consider primary NOCs when issuing NOIs. For SINP, your job experience is expected to be continuously in one NOC. In these circumstances, I don't see how PNP NOC would differ from that of EE profile.

I may not have all the answers but I believe if you want to seek nomination from a province, keep it simple by making your primary NOC match on both the PNP application and EE profile

Let elders weigh in

Thanks BeuHarry.
I engaged him further and he said the agent that helped with his Canadian student visa application actually advised he used his uncle which was the sponsor as his father, so that is a misrepresentation. Now, he has family ties in Canada, his elder brother and because of the previous misrepresentation, they have different fathers on the immigration database. Please how can he regularise that?

As soon as you get ITA, age will not matter again. What matters is your age at the point of ITA.
I'd advise you gather your documents and be ready to submit immediately you get ITA so as to best the IELTS trap. I submitted my application 3 days after ITA. Alternatively, you can plan and rewrite IELTS so you can have ample time to file your application.

Many thanks @BeuHarry. To go through the IELTS stress no be here oh, besides if I were to rewrite, I would need to max out my scores to have the same points as I do now.

So for someone that work let me say 8 years ago, and no plans for Canada PR then. He/ she was paid in cash. And the person just collect cash without picture or snapping. What will that person do??

Otoge:

Just display all the cash you have ever received on a table and scan. Add a tag labelling each month.
Alternatively, On your pay day, when the employer is giving you the cash, have a third party take a picture of you receiving it from the employer. Upload the pictures.

Them must remark that thing o. Which kain package be that? After scoring 9 all through.

It is the written exam which means it is subjective. I am Sure you can readily get the extra 0.5 marks you require.

But

Are you certain you wrote above the required word count?
