"When it comes to money, power and respect, the Igbos are envied all over the world. And this is not a false claim, it is not debated either."
Nothing new here. Just another manifestation of Igbo people's chronic delusions of grandeur, persecutory delusions and paranoia. I hope you Igbos get cured of your sickness one day.
I swear, 5 Yoruba names will beat all these nonsense they wrote. 5 names I'll mention, 1 in the art of literature 1 in the politics 1 in music 1 in legal practice 1 in traditional way (kings )
influential people kill them there
I won't even go to religion or Activitism
Again, influential people kill them there
Odua people still leads worldwide in Christain religion....to the point of recognition. If any Nigeria travel abroad, he or she will first locate RCCG, Winner Chapel or Deeper-life....and these churches are headed and founded by a Oodua pikin.... David Cameron recognized the influence of Daddy Adeboye, he came to his church for blessing in the not ..
Tell all these Nyamiri people, not to Commonise the Oodua people oh....as far as we are still among you, we are the light that keeps shine for the country for acceptance in the foreign land...b
But Igbo is the future, especially in the sciences and art, and perhaps professionally. The average Igbo has an excellent drive, and over the years, ambition is nurtured in their young ones.
and others ethnic groups don't have Excellent drive?
Factshunter: And the OP has to include people from SS and claim them as IBO ....Talking about Jim Ovia among others ??
Shut up Mr man. In as much as i don’t share the same sentiment with OP. However, he didn’t mention SE he said IGBOS. Are you still debating the fact that there are Igbos in your so called SS. Stop displaying your ignorance and move on. That train has left long time ago. Even your masters no longer debate it.
tatatar: "the Igbos are envied all over the world. And this is not a false claim, it is not debated either" You just have to spoil your thread with this nonsense Can't you guys do without your silly chestbeating
Where do you get the 65% of rivers indigenes speaks Igbo, have you been to rivers state? Funny how people always try to change what we all know. Come to Rivers State and tell the indigenes that they’re Igbo.
It's just really annoying that they tag Rivers State as Igbo. ONLY THE IKWERRE PART OF RIVERS IS PARTIALLY IGBO!!!!!
Rivers State is Niger Delta. There are many tribes, languages and cultures in Rivers State...and just One belong to them doesn't make Rivers State Igbo.
Rivers ,Bayelsa,Delta,Edo,Cross Rivers,Akwa Ibom are South South and Niger Delta.
Spiff20: Mercy Chinwo - Rivers Tony Elumelu - Delta Jim Ovia - Delta Godwin Emefiele - Delta Austin Okocha - Delta Okonjo Iweala - Delta Pat Utomi - Delta
Why don't you stick to your 5 eastern states and leave out the disputing states. The other thread was about celebs who are not yorubas but mistaken for yorubas due to their romance with the culture. I think another should be created for Igbos.
You suffer from low self esteem. If an article says the 10 most influencer jews, wont a jew that comes from America and France be included? Will it be only jews that stays in Isreal?

Nadaken: Oga you spoilt that list with e-money o, btw when you want to compose a list like this try to make it totally indigenous (utomi, elumelu, okocha, iweala, chinwo, ovia etc I don't get it)
You suffer from low self esteem. If an article says the 10 most influencer jews, wont a jew that comes from America and France be included? Will it be only jews that stays in Isreal.
I don't have problem with the list but we can't sight KANUs name in the list ? Does this list validated our claims that Ipob/ kanu is just a scam and parasite as we claimed or is KANU not among indigenous Igbo man anymore? I rest my case.
jrusky: Wait Basket mouth igbo man Sorry are you mad or what.
Tony Elemelu an Igbo man
Nhozi Iweala is not an Igbo she is from Delta.
This is madness of the highest order
Seun eho posred the thrash here.
You suffer from low self esteem. If an article says the 10 most influencer jews, wont a jew that comes from America and France be included? Will it be only jews that stays in Isreal.
IGBOs are more recognized GLOBALLY for drug dealing and 419 than they are for anything else, their cover is the word "Nigerians".
Almost every country in Asia, South america, Middle East, North America, Africa, has an IGBO organised drug and crime syndicate...involving drug trafficking (using themselves, locals in the host country, peddling, 419, fake good, contraband, human organs, fake marriages and other crimes).
Here is a very small sample
Over 8000 IGBO drug dealers and criminals are in Chinese jails awaiting death sentence or doing long jail times.
Around 2008 IGBOs have been killed so far in Indonesia and 21 are about to be executed.
4 IGBO drug dealers executed by firing squad not long ago: 1, Martin Anderson - an IGBO who had traveled to Indonesia on fake Ghana passport and incorrectly.identified as Ghanian. 2, Okwudili Oyatanze 3, Silvester Obiekwe Nwolise 4, Stephanus Jamiu Owolabi (He apprently used a mixed IGBO and Yoruba name on a fake ID, also had a fake EU passport with Raheem Agbaje.
The following batch of IGBOs drug dealers have been (or awaiting) execution: Kingsley Okonkwo Michael Titus Igwe Izuchukwu Ezioha Ekperedike S. Olekama Adam Wilson Hilary K. Chinezie Eugene Ape Humprey Ejike Okwudil Ayotaeze Obinna Nwajiagu Fredrick Luther ( Benjamin Obiora) Sylvester Nwaolisa Dennis Anumora Ikenna Ezenweukwe. Gabriel Nnadi - died in prison
A death row filipino lady, Mary Jane Veloso whose case is causing international outcry was said to be a mule used by IGBO people, Donna Uche and Samuel EzeKalu.
According to Thai, Vietnam, Cambodian, Chinese, Malaysian, Indonesian police, Igbo people bearing Nigerian passports are a major source of drug trafficking in Asia and are now using local girls as mules to ferry drugs abroad. Nigerian passport holders are the subject of serious scrutiny and abuse by Asian police as a result of IGBO drug dealers and human traffickers. IGBO people are making it impossible for Nigerians to holiday, travel freely and conduct business globally.
