The last stew I made was really nice. I fried for about 40minutes. I could have gone further though.

Another question, do you add nutmeg to your stew?

It wasn’t very big sha, it was also expensive, but yea, I see am buy. I think about N800 worth of it.

I can’t give a frying time. That’ll depend on your variables; heat and quantity of the blend. I’ll say, fry till the tomato goes from being a smooth paste to having so many pores in them. It’ll also shrink in size and get darker.

— I also do not put water in my stew. Only the stock goes in. Then I boil for few minutes.

I put nutmeg in the meat, so I guess that counts. If it was tasty, then we are good na. I just have a personal preference for well fried tasty stew, the type you can use just a spoon to eat a bowl of rice.
