The distractbility started december 2014. I didn't have it before 2014, and it has disappeared temporarily when I took coffee on four different occasions, but its response to coffee has failed to be reproduced consistently.

Yea, as a child I lost interest in things easily. Lots of unfinished projects. I needed to be stimulated a lot.
I would be unable to pay attention in classes like biology, economics, chemistry, agriculture(mind numbing subjects) if the teacher wasn't a funny person.

Did the low mood come before the distractibility?
I asked a bit about your childhood for a few reasons..It sounds like your problems started when you grew up.
You have used a fair amount of antidepressants .
The combination of imipramine and risperidone could cause CNS depressant effects.. feelings like your brain is slowed down etc but in a way that helps to relax you and reduce anxiety.

I hope you've seen at least seen a neurologist just to make sure that everything is fine neuro wise and if in doubt, get a second opinion.

With your medication now sorted for some months , i hope you feel better and able to manage.
I know with depression the world does not automatically become a wonderful place but maybe there's a small reason for it not to feel so bleak?
If you have not tried online CBT for your mood, have a look at the link below, also check out the ones for anxiety.
I am hoping you can access them from Nigeria, they have downloadable workbooks,if you cannot please let me know.

Sniper is a DDVP 2,2.

Ok...sniper is a Dichlorovinyl Dimethyl phosphate compound, produced by ndi Swiss Nigeria Chemical Compound.

When you blindly drink sniper, that you want to kill yourself, this is what will happen to you.

1. Your eyeballs will swim in its own water as forced tears escapes from its reservoir

2. You will have serious discharges from your nose. Oh, it's too late, you will have no control over these happenings now.

3. A banging migraine will set in. You will hold unto your head and scream like it wants to explode.

4. Your chest will tighten, forcefully close , making sure that your body have lost control over it.

5. You will be on the floor by now, screaming through all your senses, as saliva pours out from your mouth like a slow, mini river.

6. You will mess yourself up with vomiting, and you will long to vomit your intestines too, to be relieved, cos you are now in so much regrets for taking the sniper, but tsk, tsk, tsk...sniper must finish it's job.

7. The rest of the crises comes in turns as you shit all over yourself, sweating ,muscle fasciculation, your blood pressure will go down low, convulsions, then, your life will be squeezed out of you through the shutting down of your lungs and kidney....and then cardiac arrest will aid your departure.

They will meet you when you are dead, with your eyes open, drooling, a lot of poo in your underwear, your body twisted in a strange position as you tried to fight off the pain and crises, and they will observe the signs of struggle in the room you took the sniper...cos you will climb the walls, tear the sheets, rip some of your hair off, just to quail the killing pain.. some run off from their houses,screaming for people to help them, that they drank sniper, that's how they ended up in the hospital.

If you are lucky, your system could be flushed when it has not shut down everything, if you are unlucky, you will die on your way to the hospital, or in the hospital...but in your dead eyes, the last memorial record in it, before your terrorized brain, shuts down, is "regrets".

You can see, it's not an easy death.

Should in case you are among those, waiting on queue to snipe yourself out..the dead cannot come back to tell you their experiences with sniper...that 100ml ,200/300 naira otapiapia, is a terminator..a gradually, ruthless, wicked terminator.

You are deceived when they make you believe that sniper is the easier way out, no, it will slowly devour you from the inside, as it shuts down your organs one by one in a tearing order.

It's better not imagined

If you are depressed, drink more of cold juices, take the matter to God in prayer. He He will take the burden off you and provide the way out. Suicide is not a joke.

You can't destroy the life you did not create, that will earn you a place in the hottest part of hell. Taking your own life will make you spend eternity in the lake of fire

About the low mood, I have had it since my preteens. Over 10 years ago. My distractbility issues started late 2014.

Usually,it's best to rule out possible physical causes of any illness before making a psychiatric diagnosis.

I saw where you wanted to give your Samsung phone out, thought maybe I could be lucky enough to have it,.im a crypto trader but due to how the crypto market is these days, I've been down financially, plus my phone's been acting all up, my Samsung s8 would sometimes stuck on start up and it takes forever to come up.. Every day I wish to die but how to do that in a painless way is what I don't know. My problems start from when I was in the wombs'. My father and mother separated and fully divorced when I was born. My father married another wife and my mother married another husband after nursing me up to three years. She handed me over to her family members, since then till now, I regret coming to this world. I'm a private school teacher now, the COVID-19 make living so bad for me and I cannot go to my father's house even for a day because of my step mother and I can't go to my mother's husband house and stay or ask for help because they are very poor and even looking up to me for help. Coming from a broken home is the worst thing for me. Well, I'm typing this in the midnight because I woke up and try to pray but was so tired of everything. My Christian faith is no longer stopping me from taking steps to die. I told my pastor my problems and he told his wife and his wife broadcasted it to all church members. When I go to church, many of them will be looking at me somehow and tried to avoid me. I'm introvert and I don't have many friends. I have decided not to discuss my problems with anybody again. I have snipper and ropes in my room and wanted to take a step tonight before I saw this post. I don't want anyone to hear about my death especially my parents because they were not concerned from the beginning. My prayer to God is to accept my soul. I have tried as a man but I was not able to overcome the problems I was born into.
