Good morning everyone. Please i got an offer with teesside (2 years masters in applied artificial intelligence). The fee goes for 7500 per year. I am supposed to make a deposit of 4k on Monday.

Please, someone should help me with the following questions :

1) As touching the maintenance fee in the account balance. I have a sum of $25k in my dorm account. Will that be enough?

2) The cash has been in my account for about 5 months. I just printed the statement of account last week. Does it has anything to do with the 28 days count?

3) Can i make use of domiciliary account?

4) Am i not running behind schedule as i am yet to start anything. And i am supposed to resume by sept 19. I read that one must apply for visa 2 months before the start of program.

1. Your maintenance fee of $25k is equivalent to almost £20k. This will be enough to pay your first year fees and still have more than enough for maintenance.

2. If you printed your statement already, it means you have to make use of that statement before one month elapses. If one month passes, you can't use that statement anymore but will have to print a new one. Why not wait till you apply for visa before printing? That's better... Unless the money won't be available in your account then.

3. Yes you can. So long as it is an account in your name. It belongs to you. That's actually what I'm using myself.

4. You're not out of schedule. Pay your $4k deposit right away go and do your tb test, send that your statement to Teesside University. It will be used to process your CAS. If you start now, you will even overtake the rest of us who are still waiting for our moneys to reach the 28 days count. You have everything already ready. You can even get your CAS before us.

Hello house, I just joined today and I see the great work you guys have been doing here. Please I have a very important question to ask regarding accommodation.

I have realized that the university owned accommodation is too expensive and would prefer to live outside. What type of accommodation would be ideal to secure so that I’m able to defend the “where would you be staying” interview question. For now though, I have booked a hotel around the campus for 2 nights but I know that doesn’t answer the question.

The specific funds for my fees and living expense is in an Eurobond account with Stanbic Assest Management (the account is in my name) can I just print out the statement of this Stanbic account as proof of funds when it is time to apply for my student visa?

That is just the right thing to do and will see through the interview, when you get to the UK you sort out permanent accommodation
