seasonal work permit is valid for just the season of the job which is stated on your contract.

As for full time work. I saw 1 year while another site said 3 months. I advice you contact the agency that help you process it.

Thank you.

Thank you.
I check this online now

A work permit should be issued within 1 month (only defined vacancies).

Work permit for factory jobs (no language skills or qualifications) (from 2 months)

In particularly complicated cases it should be issued not later than 2 months from the commencement of the procedure.

If your commensment date has not pass your document should be valid. Also you agency should be able to rechange your date for you.

As I said contacting them will clear it out

Note: For if you need a polish work permit. Kindly search it out on Google, it can only be done by N agency and will cost $500-600$ for full time work, seasonal work will cost $250-300$.

"Ties" to your home country

are the things that connect you to your hometown, homeland, or current place of residence: job, family, owning a house or apartment, financial prospects that you own or will inherit, investments, etc. If you are a prospective student, the interviewing officer may ask about your specific plans or promise of future employment, family or other relationships, educational objectives, grades, long-range plans and career prospects in your home country. Each person's situation is different, of course, and there is no magic explanation or single document, certificate, or letter which can guarantee visa issuance.

Stop with the home ties nonsense. I have four friends that got their visas, none of them proved any home ties. Stop scaring people.

By the way u don't have to be rude with your response. You & i don't know it all, the most important thing here is for everyone of us to bring our thought together and at the end of the day we all succeed.

Hello everyone,
People have always emphasized on this platform the need to get a birth certificate that carries the header of national population commission.

I sent my sibling to help me get mine from a local government secretariat In Ibadan but the certificate he brought back doesn’t carry NPC but The state’s name and logo. Then a heading stating “certificate of registration of birth”.
Is this document okay or do I still need to get that from Npc?

Someone please help...

have you done polish visa interview before or all these is just what you got from surfing the net? cos you not going for interview, you going for submission of documents and when you submit your documents...the consular will ask the duration of your insurance, the type of proof of funds.

basically, you got your information from the net. I understand the fact that you trying to help people but you not going for USA or Germany that you have to answer questions like who's the mayor of Warsaw or what's your plan for the future. You going to the embassy to submit documents and any questions at all will be based on your documents...if your documents are complete, if you want to submit additional documents, duration of your insurance, original appointment letter..

Thank you for contributing. I was surprised when I saw interview when about four people I know that are already in Poland only submitted documents and did not have to prove home ties.

It is better not to create unnecessary tension and fear in the minds of people. It is really unnecessary. Before some people will be thinking of buying land or asking their parents to give them papers for land or even faking marriage certificate.

Copy and paste usually reveals ignorance.
Re: Polish Student Visa by Nobody: 7:10am On Jul 19, 2020
This’s not the best way to interfere on issues, submitting a ties which is known as a property documents and others.. Is not a bad ideal although It’s not necessity for a student visa, the issues Lola685 is trying to make clarification about is the interview thingy which is well understood, you don’t have to go through a interview before getting your Polish visa
