So Nigerians created an insurgency wherein bandits or BH terrorists who committed treason against the Nigerian state are being granted unmerited amnesty via a senseless operation safe corridor when you know that the only good terrorist is a dead terrorists?

So what happened to defeating BH before you leave Borno? Anyway BH have been technically defeated and terribly down graded.
