I believe people in the Nsukka axis also need functional hospital. The distance from Nsukka to Enugu is far. Moreover, Enugu has both the State and Federal Teaching hospitals within their reach.

My concern will be if the hospital is well equipped and not just a building.

Thank you very much. I've said it that Nigerians are cursed with mediocrity. Just look at the bullshit they call hospital. Buildings without taking into consideration modern architectural and energy efficient concerns. The other day, a politicial commissioned an embarrassment of a road in Abia State and they were jumping up and down.

The only thing Nigerians are concerned about is how they are doing better than the next ethnic group. Arewa wants to outshine Ohanaeze group, Ohanaeze is looking for how to marginally better than Oodua, Oodua calls themselves most sophisticated. So when they see crap like this, it makes them happy because they are one point better than the rest.

Nigerian youth is simply interested in inter-ethnic banter. They think Nigeria is the EPL.

The truth is that very few people in Nsukka used to go to the General Hospital, may be because it is the last building on the outskirts of Nsukka along the road towards Enugu. I lived opposite Millipat for 12½ years. Most Nsukka people go to Bishop Shanahan Hospital in the middle of the town and to private hospitals. The new structure by the governor is a step forward. It is a great uplift, compared to the kind of building that was in the hospital previously.

And they are advertising this?

My dear before you open your mouth to talk go and do your research well. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi is from Orba, Udenu local government. This hospital is at ugwunkwo Nsukka local government. If you had said that the governor is not doing enough it would have been better, but saying that he is building hospital in his village just shows that you harbour hatred on ignorance.
