The fastest way to get a human agent is to start chat with an order WITH no issue. If you chose order with issue, the system automatically assigns you a bot. So if you have other order (even if shipped today) if prompted to chose order, take that new order and you will see prompt to chat with a human agent. This is how I chat with a human bot agent
