Everybody in this thread should know that 80% of young Nigerians in Vietnam are into yahoo yahoo. Their internet subscription is cheap and fast. Don't allow yourself to be scammed by anybody. This is same reason WhyNa always ask people to do their own research. Some scammers go as far as creating a phishing sites that look exactly like original websites of institutions just to defraud. Ensure you check the alphabets of any website you visit and confirm its authenticity before you read its contents. These scammers intercept emails conversations too. Ensure you go beyond email to authenticate any transaction before you part with your money. 11 Likes 1 Share |

azubix: Am seriously in great pains now I applied to a uni in vietnam for scholarship that closed June. I drafted and composed sop for my brother and I for this scholarship, I applied for Bachelors degree program for my brother and i, even though I am a graduate. Luckily after a week they dropped a mail to our different gmail accounts about being qualified for a half tuition scholarship with accommodation but will need to have an interview with us a date was given to me I declined going further for the Skype interview. I told my bro to pick a date for his interview advised him on his preparation then he did the interview they just dropped a mail this morning about giving him update about the result of the scholarship or interview this week hopefully this week, after I stumbled on this thread I had to rush back to the school to book me for the interview till today bro no replies but laslas looks like I will focus on the work visa for migration since am a graduate. |

[quote author=azubix post=91318725] Guy you are funny. The Daniel guy has spent 7 year in Germany before creating that tread, @WhyNa is barely 6 months in Vietnam she can not post beyond her experience unless you want her to dish out informations she is not certain about. She has given us update so far unless you want her to come everyday and post what she just ate or how she brush her teeth. I guess she must be settling into her new job and apartment. Any new update she will surly share with us. For now, lets share our research findings and ask her questions where necessary. For me, FPT University gave me admission and I have 1 month to pay the tuition fee na the matter I dey try settle oh, lol. No money to pay but God no go shame us. I have my uni statement of result available do you think it's advisable to go ahead with authenticating the university statement of result or must i use my certificate? The process getting that one is my school is long. |

helpyom: From what I reasearched it's better to go to Vietnam on tourist visa then search for teaching jobs than searching from Nigeria they are more willing to take applicants on ground, you can even apply to schools when you get there and change status to student permit if you get a school that admits you. Pls share your brother here the name of the uni you and your brother applied too o abed |

Hey guys, I met a Vietnamese girl online few months ago & now we are madly in Love with each other. She works at a Bank there in the Capital City & She always call me on Video call & even when she's at work and most of her friends already know me. Vietnamese girls love is so out of this world, My girl is so obsessed with me. She cries on Video call that she can't wait for International flights to kick-off so we can finally meet I am also madly in Love with her, and we're making plans already on how to meet. So my question now is, Should I go & meet her in Vietnam or I should tell her to come over to Nigeria? Her parents & my parents are already aware of our relationship. I await your advice. 6 Likes |

CelebRepublic: If she has the resources and she's willing to come, let her come first! From there, both of you can plan how you will be paying her a visit there or probably relocate! |

CelebRepublic: Bro let me be real with you, if you have a good thing going on for you here in Nigeria then you can tell her to come over here but if you don't just jejeli pack your load and goan meet her, cos she might come here and be disappointed or your village people make her change her mind about you [Just saying a lot of things are in play and can go wrong] And you said she works in a bank so I don't thing she can just make the decision of leaving her job then hop on a plane to Nigeria, don't lose this opportunity to japa unless I repeat you have something good going on for you here in Nigeria. 2 Likes |

CelebRepublic: I mean it's not real. Online dating is rarely effective to find true love. In addition, there are cultural differences. Are u sure the two of you will really understand each other through online? So ive never supported online dating btw, I also doubt your story. It is not real at all. 2 Likes |
