Exactly the same point i was making.. To me, There is no specific charge here. I am not trying to give her a soft landing but there is no where it was stater that she lost the money to the bookies, ran away with investors money or didnt fulfill her investment promise.. The only wrong doing i see here is operating without a regulatory license which wasn't even stated as part of the charge.. Or was it?
