They will qualify if they win the facup.
FA cup winners are entitled to Europa league group stage.
If arsenal wins the fa cup, club in the 7th position in the EPL will not be qualified for Europa league.

Europa League
Premier League teams that finish fifth and sixth qualify for the Europa League. However, if the FA cup winner finishes in the top six, the seventh team will qualify for the Europa League. Arsenal, who are ninth in the table are in the semi-finals of the FA Cup.

One of the teams (Chelsea, Leicester, United) battling for the third and fourth spots will end up in the Europa League.

Arsenal
Arsenal can only qualify for Europe if they win the FA cup. They are currently in ninth place. Three points separate them from sixth place. They have Aston Villa and Watford to deal with in the league.
