According to your source:

"More than 400,000 new dollar millionaires were created last year as the fortunes of the already-well off ticked over into six-zeros despite the decline in global stock markets. It takes the number of millionaires across the world to 22.6 million."

But Nigeria has 29 million millionaires........more than the entire world combined grin grin grin grin grin grin grin grin

Lol well played

Hobbit, you're a specimen of stupidity.
Just30:
keep playing stupid

Our Usable forex now stands at 12 billion dollars when you add oil money
which is 6 months import cover.

This is according to the IMF for your country

Staff estimates that the CA deficit narrowed to 4.5 percent of GDP in 2019, compared to
5.0 percent of GDP in 2018, mainly reflecting lower imports of capital goods, food, and oil.
Foreign exchange reserves stood at US$8 billion as of March 27, 2020 (about 4.4 months of
2021 imports), helped by a US$2.1 billion Eurobond issuance in May 2019

IMF your daddy again....says clearly that you have no forex reserve and have converted soverign wealth into forex reserves smiley smiley

https://ghanafinancialmarket./2020/01/31/imf-disputes-bank-of-ghanas-us8-bln-gross-intl-reserves-figure/
he International Monetary Fund (IMF) has raised concerns about the Bank of Ghana’s definition of the country’s gross international reserves, saying the inclusion of oil revenue makes the figure overvalued as it cannot be readily available to cushion the economy from external shocks.

In the Bank of Ghana’s Statistical Bulletin report for the third quarter of 2019, the gross international reserves stood close to US$8billion and 3.8 months of import cover.

However, in the IMF’s Article IV report, the projected reserves for end of 2019 will hit US$5.1billion with an import cover of 2.4 months – a difference of nearly US$3billion, and also falls short of the 3-months rule-of-thumb benchmark.

And Ghanian proffesor agrees

Commenting on this, Professor of finance at the University of Cape Coast-Prof. John Gatsi, said the position of the IMF is right, as the Petroleum Revenue Management Act (PRMA) does not allow oil revenue to be made readily available for use if there is an urgent need for forex.

“The reason why capturing oil funds as part of international reserves for the purposes of demonstrating that your international reserves are capable of covering your imports over a period of time – an average of 3-months – is not acceptable for the IMF is that such money won’t be available for government if there is need to use the reserves to cater for immediate use.

He is making lot of money in speaking gigs all over africa. In Kenya - he is washed up. He was given an opportunity to become our Anti-graft tsar and he failed. Long in speeches and short in action.

He is therefore pampering Nigerians so he get more speaking gigs - including lecturing their parliament and president.

Ghana reserves in 2018 dropped to 5.3 billion dollars.

Fast forward to end of 2019 and it was 10 billion dollars

before dropping to 8.3 billion dollars as quoted in the Apirl 2020 IMF’s medium term outlook.

Below it is

dude it's obviously a mistake by the author he probably meant to say thousand. you definitely saw the part where he said Tokyo had 593000 millionaires behind New york that has 1 million how is that possible if it's not an obvious mistake of numbering.

when you follow the rest of the article other than the mistake it's still logical. Nigeria in second with 29,000 thousand Egypt in 3rd with 22,000

it was here they culled the report from
