TheLoneCitizen: Emmanuel Dennis has become increasingly frustrated with his situation at Club Brugge. Leeds, Sheffield, Newcastle and Wolverhampton along with other top clubs in Europe are interested but no club wants to meet Brugge's €20M valuation. Brugge have axed the player from their squad and even though Dennis said the cup final against Antwerp will be his last game, it is reported that he will not feature. Dennis is a cult hero at Brugge but the club do not want his attitude to infect the squad. The new Belgian season begins in 16 days. |

Where is that goalkeeper called Ejimmadu? We should be unearthing these gems instead of all these arguments, enriching Seun through multiplication of pages of useless verbiage and blended with insults and ending in cul de sac. Where is that guy that Rennes signed from their youth academy? How far with Amoo? |

Before the break: Manure doing well against decent teams, can't beat shit teams. After the break: Manure kicking around the little guy but have no answer for any of the bigger fish. Ole's at the wheel... |

Ejimadu was on the bench on Sunday in the ongoing MLS is Back tourney. He's been mentioned here several times. And I think our U23 coach back then was interested in him. gamaliel9: |

Take it easy with your assertions man. Can he become a star? very likely. Superstar? That's unknown. Given that his exploits has only been in the farmer's league, , you may want to tune down your super-stardom opinion. From what he has done so far, could he give you 20/25 per season? Ofcourse, very likely. But that's not superstardom. We do know the kind of house he'll likely be living in a luxurious and spacious house, but the kind and placement of the ceiling is not determined. Breaking into the superstardom level won't be easy, staying there will be even more difficult. When he get's to the star level then we can talk about his ceiling. TheSuperNerd: 2 Likes 2 Shares |

Did You Know That Gabriel Jesus Has The Worst Goal To Big Chance Missed Ratio In The History Of The EPL? Gesus has missed 58 big chances compared to the 40 goals scored, a massive difference of -18, the biggest difference ever in EPL history. Meaning for every goal scored, there are 3 big chances missed. He is followed closely by Danny Graham who missed 35 big chances compared to 18 goals for a difference of -17. Not. My. I was sure of his quality years ago, long before he became one of Ligue 1's most outstanding sensations. I remember saying if he stays the course, he will be a bloody fantastic striker of top quality for club and country. TheGoodJoe remembers. We had such a convo. Fast forward to today, He won Ligue 1 Best newcomer and Best African player in Ligue 1. So brother, I know what I am saying. But again, I understand the need for some caution. But on this, It's something I saw a long time ago. Meanwhile on Ligue 1 being a farmers' league. You are lucky there are no Ligue 1 fans in here. Ligue 1 now has a goals impact factor of 2.0 compared to about 4 years ago when it was just 1.5 so there have been marked improvements in quality. And don't worry, time will prove me right. So wait for time. benji93: 2 Likes 2 Shares |

Onyekuru: "I have been with players like Keita Balde from my days at the Aspire Academy, Cesc Fabregas is a top guy, who welcomed me when I arrived at the club, it's like going back home," "Monaco are a big club they know how to work with their players when it comes to transfers, just look at Anthony Martial. "I hope to make a good season or two and hopefully the future will be bright." However Onyekuru also admits that playing well with his club is no guarantee of a call-up to the Super Eagles. "I don't think the national team is based just on performances at the club, the coach knows his first eleven," he explained. "He (Gernot Rohr) is the type of coach who doesn't change when everything is going well. I'm there to contribute but hopefully I will get the chance someday." --BBC 2 Likes 1 Share |

benji93: This post is ffucking childish and incoherent. Osimhen is a Naija bred highly talented young man who has proved himself in the at the U17 , U23 , SE , French league and we the true Naija football followers are very confident he will make it in Italy because he has all the qualities to become the world best. In fact , I wont be surprised if someday Osimhen wins the Ballon dor. We are not here to sugarcoat and act all jittery just because of some elements here who spoke too soon and are now made to eat the humble pie. But , instead of these set of jokers to sit jejely and eat the danm sweet pie they instead chose to fight a lost battle...hehe 3 Likes |
