If you get the time for this long read, you will hope we can have a similar philosophy in Nigeria. See link below.

FC Nordsjaelland is owned by Ghana's Right to Dream Academy, who have forged their own route for their graduates to follow into the European club scene.

Yeah, that's the proper way to develop football. African kids are good they just need developmental football or a good structure and they will succeed. Football academies in Africa will make an African country win the world cup one day.
Hope they come to Nigeria but then we have football academies here and it is really helping us.
I want us in Nigeria to forge an agreement with Red Bull Salzburg

Our academies are just operating as POSs. We need a structure backed up with a progressive philosophy Made in Nigeria.

Is Tom Vernon a Ghanaian? If no, then, RTW isn't an indigenous institution

This is more about Exporting the Ghanaian culture. I'm more about the supposed philosophy than the nationality of the founder. Please don't digress

You are the one sounding childish. Are you alright with that bolded comment? World best? Did my post suggest he isn't talented? No. Did my post suggest he cannot make it in Italy? Absolutely not. Perhaps you came up with this comment based on the assumption that i must be anti-Osimhen. I doubt you even read my comment. Unless you intended this as a reply to a different comment, i cant help but say, what bullshit!. My comment was a question of whether he deserves the superstar status at this time. Star potential? Ofcourse.
IDENNAA:

This post is ffucking childish and incoherent. Osimhen is a Naija bred highly talented young man who has proved himself in the at the U17 , U23 , SE , French league and we the true Naija football followers are very confident he will make it in Italy because he has all the qualities to become the world best. grin In fact , I wont be surprised if someday Osimhen wins the Ballon dor.

We are not here to sugarcoat and act all jittery just because of some elements here who spoke too soon and are now made to eat the humble pie. But , instead of these set of jokers to sit jejely and eat the danm sweet pie they instead chose to fight a lost battle...hehe

Insignificant players are busy sweating it out on the turf tryna secure United a UCL place next season, while the significant ones are living their childhood United dreams on the bench as usual. Hmm tales of a boy with a dream OK oo

Philosopher1979:

It is like different types of Music. Some people are good in rap music while some are good in soul music. A person good in rap music is not better than someone good in Soul or Blues music. It is just musical genre. Spanish football is more technical than English so different styles of play. I don't see anything confusing about that

You are still making things confusing.

Music is music and your ability to play music is not entirely linked to genre. It is an ability not a style.

I have seen Soul artists play classical and I have seen classical musicians play reggae. A rapper is an ability not a style.

So I still disagree with you.
