Mr Eyitayo Jegede is now the People Democratic Party Candidate for the Ondo State Governorship Election 2020 with 888 votes

Eyitayo Jegede SAN picked the PDP ticket after Beating his closest rival Agboola Ajayi who scored a total of 657 votes.

Eyitayo Jegede will be facing Rotimi Akeredolu candidate of the All progressive Congress APC and Incumbent Governor in the Governorship Election in Ondo scheduled to hold on the 10th of October 2020.

Meanwhile in the PDP primaries, Eddy Olafeso polled 175 votes, Banji Okunomo polled 90 votes, Bode Ayorinde polled 95 votes, Sen Kunlere Boluwaji polled 33 votes, Ebiseni Sola polled 29 votes and Godday Erewa polled 14 votes.
