There are loooooots of bmw owners in Lagos, she doesnt just ply the same route as them.....
Follow gidicars on instagram, or shyspotter....they spot BMW's like water, steady in lag....

Inshort i remember when the latest bmw wonder, the x7 just came out....the next week it was spotted in lagos and Abuja too.....(there is no car you wont see here in Abuja)...
The times i was in lagos, jeez....I saw a shit load of them with customized plates....even the old bmws still full road...
I think another factor would be being a car person....cause if you are not knowledgable about cars, you might pass a BMW and not even know it is one....
