Some of us are making our daily bread from kdp royalty payment and I will not be happy to hear that Nigerians have been banned from publishing in kdp I get seriously angry when someone come in a public forum asking how he or she can by pass a system and some persons will just give out the info as if it's the right thing to do.
almost every one can use a pen name, it's legal, I also started using pen name as far back as 2017 when I leant that some white people don't believe that anything good can come from us.
but I also have about four or so books in my real name. and an author central account. With that kdp recognize me as a seller in that platform who is also allowed to sell other author's books through my kdp account on their behalf. At such I can publish with as many pen name as I want. you must not be be in US to help a friend in US sale his books so what's the need trying to change your location? That is why I laugh on hearing someone say kdp block my account. I've had more serious issue on kdp when it was createspace but my account kept running because every info on that platform is verifiable . I encourage everyone to always respond to kdp personal mail within 5days even if the issue has been resolved. just let them know that you have received their mail and that the issue has been resolved.
The bad name we have online as Nigerians is enough for us to have a rethink so let us tread with caution.

Yes it is true, Draft2digital has now banned Nigerians, because i was selling there, I started out this year, I made a few sales. When it was time to pay me, they said i didn't have a payment option set, which i now set up paypal as my payment option. Also did the tax review and submitted my driver's license. Yet the next payout i wasn't still paid. I had to contact support. It was then they mailed me back saying my identity couldn't be verified, WTF! , for all this while i submitted they didn't let me know, they keep selling my book and not paying me eating my money? I said to myself. Their reasons which obviously none suited me were these:
1.Either your account has been terminated before
OR
2. You are using a software identity hider
Or
3. You are from a region we couldn't verify your documents
Now 3 was the only thing that maybe could be the reason, no it is not stated that Nigeria is banned but from this it is indirectly telling you that.
My annoyance was that, i wasn't informed until i mail, they kept selling my book and not paying me. I had to delist my book to stop them. Also the email said since they can't verify me then they will delete my account, which now the account is inactive.

Did you know how many Indian, Moroccans, even the American people publishing half baked materials on kdp both Low content and ebook.

They even go as far as telling their friends and relatives to buy their book and give them positive reviews and ratings.

I no want talk too much, so far you have not do anything bad your account will be okay, and if you write this because of the guy who ask whether he can published public domain book, I want to tell you that he is not cheating the system. Public Domain Book are allowed by Amazon.

No be lie, bro. Those Indians are nightmares. I would take Philippines twice a day over Indians. Those people are everywhere spamming every platform wey person go take help himself.

Although I'm new to Amazon kdp stuff, but with little research conducted so far, the Whites are the ones gaming the platform the most.

There are tons of "illegal routes" confessions on the internet by the Whites on how to game the system. So it's not our thing. Na them wey build am still dey give us the scope on how to bypass am.

However, only a dumbo will want to game those platforms sha.

Na only $10 I don make with six books over two months, but I'm hopeful and determined it will get better and easier with time.
