The main weakness to Iwobi's game is finishing and stamina.

Creativity, Dribbling, Passing, Vision. All this are traits of an attacking centre midfielder not a winger.

Last season Iwobi had a higher expected assist p90 than Eriksen or Pogba. He was equal with Hazard.

Iwobi has started just two games as AMC this season, his average rating is 7.
25% of his total shots in his EFC career came in those games.
His most passes made in a single game is 38, the second and third came in those matches. (each 34).

His best rating came against Norwich where he was moved to AMC after HT.

Iwobi has been poor this season, but majority of the Everton squad have also suffered.

Amazing deduction you have made about the attributes of a AMC.

I want you to have in mind these supposed attributes you claim are the required attributes for a AM and let's look at the best Wingers in the EPL.

Adama
Zaha
Maximin
Pépé
Pulisic
Mahrez
Raheem
Saba

In reality in the modern game we talk more of forward players and where there is a constant interchange in positional play. That's what you find in the best teams.

In this regard looking at Manchester United and Liverpool.

Martial
Rashford
Greenwood
Salah
Mane

The players above are all forward players who can play from the Wing.

I think you need to update your knowledge with current football strategy and offensive tactical formations.

And remember that statistics are only indicative not conclusive. When you watch a full match you will find stats don't always reflect the true picture of the match where individual players are concerned.

I hate when people undermine iwobi ability iwobi is the most underrated player in the SE just imagine iwobi having injury ....how will the midfield be like you guys should just picture it out ...if not because of this stupid laczette and aubmeyang that were so stupid in front of goal he should have been the highest assister ...I need someone to go and watch arsenal vs Liverpool last season when iwobi came on and he gave a very mad pass to lacazette for arsenal a very crazy vision for the pass iwobi has what's it takes to be a world class player he just needs to be more consistent and if he start playing for better team I think that won't be a issue ....one stupid beer parlour analyst was saying iwobi will be displaced nwakali and he will end in championship the most stupid thing have ever heard in my entire life ....iwobi doesn't shoot but every shot issa goal ...he has the highest shot per goal in Nigeria and prolly has the highest shot accuracy for SE

Wow see tears, dude if you are so hurt that I don't rate the Scottish league, please go hang your miserable self, I don't give a flying bleep.

Besides, you majorly talking about Celtic and Rangers, you ain't talking about the Scottish premier league in general.

By the way, were you not the same person that goes about denigrating the Turkish league tagging it a league of failed players and pensioners? Can you compare the number of quality players the Turkish league churn out every year to what we get from Scotland?

Silence is a good answer to someone like you.

I thought I overheard you sometimes ago saying a player should be able to adopt to any team he finds himself and not the team playing to his strength?

You know as a player you must adapt.

But sometimes you are very lucky and the team adapts to your style.

If you look at Lille they adopted a style to suit the attributes of Victor and he became the focal point of most of what the do.

But if the team does not adapt to accommodate you, them you have to adapt to get into the team.

Iwobi has had to do that in Everton.

I don't think Osimhen and Loic Remy have similar style of play, yet Remy excelled in the team too..

Oh , yes , he would play as soon as he can rack up some game time. It's gonna be a walk in the park simply for the fact that he is the most complete attacking midfielder in the horizon.

Now , finish up with your Iweobi comment

You are in some deep delusional misguided notion, you have eyes but cannot see.

This Nwakali has had 5 years of mediocrity and abysmal perfomance.

Was he ball boy collecting footballs in Eredivisie, or a spectator in the second tier Eerste ( he got demoted) he then got further demoted to Porto B youth football. He had several infact too many chances and FAILED. We are talking over three years of mediocrity.

And you can have the audacity to claim he will effective send Iwobi into the Championship and retirement.

Why because the team that he contributed little or nothing too has been promoted to La Liga, that will struggle not to be demoted immediately on their return.

You should give some respect to Iwobi, Nwakali may never ever get to achieve up to 20% of what Iwobi has achieved in football. They are more or less the same age he could even be older.

33 year old Remy excelled with 7 goals, is that what you call excel.

Remy has nowhere near the pace of Victor Andorran attacking prowess be real. They ar very far apart. One us getting ready to retire and the other one is moving up.

If Remy was not in the team he would not be missed. If Victor is missing they will end up in the bottom half of the league. Not near the top where they are now.

You just buttressed my point..
Osimhen and Remy aren't the same kind of players.. And Remy got 7 goals in 20 games mostly as a backup...so your theory that Lille changed their system to suit Osimhen is bull...

Chairman, I know quite very well that K. Nwakali has grossly under performed with respect to the high expectations placed on him but please don't rule him out yet.

If he gets his game going and racks up good performances, he might get a SE call up. He is a player that has always been part of the Nigerian youth teams set up and so had always been under the radar. Such players more easily get called up once they hit gear. I know this is a bitter reality you would not want to hear because of your dislike for our locally produced youth players and your preference for your "Borough kids". But that is the truth bro.

Eze has Nigerian ancestry but that doesn't make him a Nigerian. He carries a British birth cert and their passport. His first choice is England and only when they could take he remembers Nigeria. As for me , my self respect is off the roof and I don't do rejects!

First of all how do you know he doesn't have Nigerian passport as well. Just like a huge majority of current Nigeria SE players with dual citizenship by allegiance not birth.

You don't know him personally to make that deduction.
