Mosquitoes feed on blood. So if the dead person is fresh and still has blood flowing in the vessels, yes. Although body heat helps mosquitoes locate humans so it might be a little harder to detect a colder dead body.

As much as you don't want to believe it, please believe that mosquitoes have economic importance and wiping them off earth would be a bad idea. They've evolved to resist some insecticides. Currently, sniper that causes me respiratory problems don't seem to work on these animals and the more we use insecticides on them, the more they become resistant.

Best bet is to clean your surrounding and use mosquito net.
