Having cows doesn’t equal money unless you sell it, most of the people who own cows are subsistent farmers, they use it for their milk ad meat, they dint sell it so they dint make money from it. Calculate the data for me and show me how you got to 4000 dollars I want to see something.

A cow is money. Most folks sells milk and some cows to make a living.The reason why most folks have many cows is,they sell less cows and keep on multiply their flocks. A quick look at TZ will reveal that we don't import cows meat,that shows most of beef is sourced locally,that is monies into the pockets of ordinary folks.
Am surprised how you decide to write off 30 million cows as valueless!

Check this dude below.A guy has about 2,000 cows. This is a guy who managed to unearth the world's biggest tanzanite gemstone. He sold and was quickly pronounced as Tanzania's newest millionaire.And all along he was classified as poor in all official data ( IMF, world bank,and gov data).

But that was a lie!
Anyone who owns 2,000 cows isn't poor! And to prove that,a guy had some of his children studying in private school.Yes,he afforded that by selling some of his cows.Look at how he dresses,no designer clothes, no big watches!

So this man,with all his 2,000 cows was recorded as poor.All,or most of 30+ million cows in TZ are owned by ordinary folks who are said to be poor.But is that true? Can a poor man afford to own 2,000 cows? Can a poor man manage to send his children to private schools?

That is how TZ is underreported in many many sectors

Actually it's envisaged to be bigger than that of Lagos hence the serious hype....
It's a $2bn dollar project termed Airport City and is financed through PPP 100%..all govt had to do was provide land to investors..

It will not only feature the cargo airport it will also include business park,airport hotels,malls, cinema, theatre, convection centres e.t.c...the development will sit on 1,500 hectares of land...

Anyway I get your point but I strongly believe Anambra is also a good location same way investors also share my sentiment before investing..I mean they must have run some feasibility study.. ..

Anambra state has two cities/town which are onistha and AWKA...onistha is the commercial hub of Igbo land...all Igbo from neighbouring state comes down to onistha to trade and get stuff back to their various state...to them it like their own Lagos with the bustling commercial activities...I think the biggest market in Africa is either in Lagos or onistha..I am not sure but it has to be one..if it Lagos then onistha comes second and vice versa..

Let me chip this in a little..igbos majorly run the import and export business in Nigeria...Even here in Lagos their presence in that sector cannot be rivalled by any other tribe... for decade they've been clamouring for their own seaport or cargo airport from the federal govt..FG has heard that cry and is working on the closest port to igbo land which is the onne port in rivers states...with this cargo airport and inner seaport they can be able to trade Internationally without having to come down to Lagos and eventually settle....most igbos in diaspora run this kinds of business but they all have to do it via Lagos cos of the infastructures here favours their business...they feel it would be safer and easier if they can just run it in their states along side their family while they remain in Europe or anywhere else transacting the business with their people back in Nigeria on their soil...
