IMPORTANT NOTICE!!! WHAT BUYERS NEED TO UNDERSTAND ABOUT GETTING UK-USED PRODUCTS WHEN WE SELL... - First of all, genuine sellers won't want to rip you off by removing a good part of that device and replacing it with a bad one, instead a seller would prefer to add more...Ex: if a UK-Used product from EBay, Offerup was brought down here in Nigeria with 500gb, 4gb RAM, the seller might change it to 1tb, 8gb; otherwise, it's left that way. - Many buyers expect to see limitless battery lifespan from a UK-USED battery. That's a varied concept because no seller was actually present when the device was bought, how frequent the previous owner had used it and how much cycles is left for it to pack up except a calibration is done to check for the battery's life and this is dependent on the brand and the app they provide for such process... Stake for such battery lifespan on new or OPEN-BOX devices and even at that, a buyer should ensure that the manufacturers had made a claim that that's how long their batteries can span. Don't expect 5hrs device's battery when the OEM's claim has stated 3hrs max. That miracle is something that can happen in SciFi movies. - Just because a laptop has 3hrs battery doesn't mean it can't function better than another with 7hrs. Each laptop was designed differently to perform different functions and carry out certain operations. - Buyers should understand that it's not easy getting down most of these gadgets down here and one thing could lead to another; especially unexpected events which may delay some items being brought. Legit dealers think about the future, scammers think about only the present. - Buyers ought to understand that they operate in an open market and as such, there would be varying prices for different items; even for a particular item with the same spec. Pls, stop criticizing and learn to move on or accept that each seller is different and only they are in the know-how as to the conditions of what they sell. Even online stores here in Nigeria have different price list for the same items; hence, the reason why it's called Jumia and Konga and not JumiaKonga and most times, we don't criticize them for having a different price but just buy their items without mincing words. Remember that platforms like this give you the power to negotiate which online stores won't. SELLERS, we need to understand that buyers worked hard for their money, and as such, we need to be transparent enough in our dealings; conditions and availability of certain products... In general, we should always make contact with each other for a transaction because I personally can't stand the hurt to know a customer actually came down from Lekki to Ikeja all to find out what he/she wanted had been sold off; t-fare wasted, time wasted amongst many others. Let's learn to discuss our timings and availability and if by chance we happen to find ourselves in such situations, an option B should be proffered. Thank you all... Calling your customer a fool in an open chat and warning him never to chat you again in his life and a threat which I don't understand how it generate to that extent is a long way you took it to.
