Don't mind them. As if Army, Navy and Airforce DSSC is not usually 3 candidates too, yet I know two people who succeeded when I tried. People like that will lose the best opportunities because it does not sound sure for them.

I hate to say this: this DSS recruitment is very much different from that of NNPC concluded earlier this month.

Even those with connections still never sure if their names go enter final list.

But then, never say never. Just don't put too much expectation and hope on this recruitment... For the sake of your mental health.

Nothing is unique anywhere, the condition remains the same so far it's federal job, extremely high number of applicants, limited space, some applicants are more influential than others leading to advantage over others.

If you quietly sit down and calculate the number of applicants to space ratio, you will understand DSS is no match to nnpc. So, let's just chill and stop exaggerating things unnecessarily. Every reasonable man aiidy knows every recruitment is based on probability, decreases more if d agency is a juicy one

I don't know where you wrote your NNPC test, but there were several batches in each CBT center and it was online. I'm sure DSS can't compare in terms of number. Whichever way you see it, competition is stiff for jobs in Nigeria. Forget some of those intimidating you with so-called connection as most of them will not smell the job.

How many weeks were you expecting them to Mark scrip of less than 300. In less than 5hrs 5 people will finish it. The manual application turnout is low compared to the cbt application

So far so good, I strongly believe merited candidate will scale through based on what I have seen. Even some of the so called connected people did not scale through the examination. Some things can't be spilled here.

You are assuming that CBT is the end of the process. There's no electronic process that can't be manipulated if someone there wants to. Besides that's only part of the process. Anyway, no need arguing this further. Anyone that likes should avoid competitive recruitments because their chances are low, that's how they'll also lose opportunities even in business because they only want sure deals.
