The girls were at fault. I'm not going to take their side b/c they're females. They were 100% in the wrong.

1. Them leaving their seats made them available to anyone else, which is what happens in public settings involving seatings. Unless their names were on the chairs, they should've accepted that the seats were no longer theirs once they got up.

2. The physical assault [which is what it is] was started by one of them who threw juice on his face. I don't blame him for retaliating by pouring a can of whatever on her b/c anyone would've done the same thing in that moment. In fact, another dude would've likely hit her after this but he simply did the same thing she did to him, which I'm not going to blame him for at all.

3. The physical assault was further continued by her when she grabbed him and tore his skin w/ her nails, which again, made him retaliate and which I can't blame him for b/c she had gone too far.

Clearly, the girls felt somewhat entitled and Idk why. They were wrong on all three counts.

Analyzer. Well-done...you care for a roasted pie? grin

You my friend are a MAD person. how can you advocate that a man beat up a woman ? the men should have been gentlemen and given up their seats for the women. Its only polite.
Not being polite is not a sin....not being a gentle man is not a sin either.....

About 30 minutes later, the two girls came back inside, I noticed that one of them has had a change of cloths. So obviously they went home and returned.

The girls demanded that the guys should leave the seat, because they got there first. It is their seat. As expected the guys bluntly refused. The girls started raising their voice and cursing. No one really cared to listen to them, the boys were busy consuming the drinks on the table.

As expected the guys bluntly refused

So while the girls asked them to leave they simply ignored them. If it was you would you take being ignored like that lightly? The guys could have said anything even madam we did not see anyone here so we sat down. Ignoring them and sipping drinks would make ANYONE mad and so thats what started the whole fracas.

MahatmaGhandi:

This is unfair. Unless otherwise stated public seats don't usually come with name tags. If I leave my seat without informing anyone about it and fail to leave a sign that my exit is temporary, anyone can take the seat and I would lose my right to that seat.
Most times people just want to be manipulative. I have been in situations where I sat on a lady's unmarked seat and was asked to leave the seat and I did, i have also had a lady occupy my seat and promised to get up when I came back, this lady refused to get up and dared me to do my worst. I walked away and got another seat (there is nothing gentlemanly about leaving the seat for her, on a good day i would drag her from the seat) In truth i have experienced this position with men and women, a trouble maker is a trouble maker wether man or woman.
My point here is that the goal posts of fairness and justice must remain fixed and should not be shifted irrespective of gender.

On the aspect of hitting people, my principle is simple, lay hands on anyone that lays hand on you. No gender has the monopoly of violence.

Hmmm undecided

Just consider yourself fighting with Yusuf Buhari, whether you are right or not, you will be dealt with by strong forces. That's how it plays out usually.

However, women are weaker vessels, no matter what transpires between you both, it will be perceived as if you are intentionally using naked powers on them. They will surely be listened to.

Have you considered great men that were thoroughly dealt with by women? Just because the man has bluntly refused her sex, probably in the office, and the next thing the woman would do is tear her own clothes to project rape. On this, never expect the man to be listened to. Both men and women will gather to condemn him.

The point is, women are stronger. Take it and be a man, or you leave it and be dealt with.

Women are stronger?

what a weak and stupid quote you have up there...

If you are a wise and intelligent man,you will know how to deal decisively with every woman.

MrColdsweat:

Women are bad at consequential thinking. They don't think or care about consequences. They just act as animals unlike men who are logical and think things thoroughly before they act.

Look at how men, through thinking, created partriachy, how they structured society and created a system where men have to sacrifice their own lives to protect and be responsible for women.

Now that women have their voices heard run society alongside men, do they look like they care about men even though it is the same men who protects women?
If men pulled out of the police, army, Do women look like they can protect themselves from goats, dogs and monkeys?

No, they don't care about consequences.

When a woman hits a man, the man owes it to humanity to correct her thinking. By beating her so hard to the point that next time she wants to hit a man, She'll think of the consequences.

That is how I treat women. This is not about hating women. This is about forcing them to start thinking of consequences.

NockMedia:

Whenever a lady tries to get violent with you as a guy, the best thing to do is to walk away from the heat of the moment.

It is easy to say but it takes the grace of God. I witness a confrontation yesterday between a guy and a girl. While there was an exchange of words between them, the girl poured water on the face of the guy twice from the bottled water she was holding. The guy was then walking away when the girl threw a slap that narrowly missed the guy. It was then another guy at the scene quickly held the girl.

So walking away may not have done the trick if the slap didn't miss the guy.

Women walking around these days, majority of them have terrible character. Pray they don't come your way.

I am not trying to justify what the lady did, but never raise your hand on a lady as a man. Don't.
If a lady raises her hand and slap me, I will give her a very heavy slap and embrace the consequences. U can't use the guise of weaker vessel and humiliate me and go scot-free. I will teach her a lesson that she will never have the morale to raise her hand and beat a man in the public.Besides ,those seats were not meant for them alone during the wedding.

Both of them are disgraceful human beings! How would they want people to fight on their own wedding reception! Out of respect for the celebrants! Both of them would have cautioned themselves! They are lucky the celebrants do not have crazy friends and relatives, that would have beaten the living day light out of the two of them. And I would not be surprised if they later do that! Are they agents of darkness to ruin the couples happiness! https://www.God.bingo

Because u used your mouth to say they were siting there before they went out and when the issues start as a human and sensible being who you will aim to become a head of home one day cannot stand to resolve the issue between them till it got to the extent of beating each other.

Case closed!!!... Those shouting this upandan don't even know the far-reaching consequences or fallout of such agitation! Most of them are not truly ready for the real equality situation!!!

I feel everyone should know his limits. Respect is supposed to be reciprocal (Whether same or opposite genders). If everyone respects himself/herself at all times, and in all situations, we won't even be in a position to fight or bicker over such pettiness.

Bottom line, if a woman wants or demands equality or equity, she must be ready to step up in all ramifications.

Fantastic input....

It isn’t a hidden fact that 95.5% of male NLs are misogynists..

It’s also not too difficult to realize that the strory the Op posted up there never happened.

Some female commenters here are even afraid to express their opinions because of the fear of being attacked.. this is also a very serious problem that needs to be addressed.. sometimes, I read comments here and wonder if these guys actually have sisters.
