There is no mention of any specific technology, Just few comparisons of armed formations. Well let me tell you I was wondering about your post, As i am deeply involved various technical sectors , i had live a small time in Harbin China and Gurugram India, I know both are same and match for each other, Both are Giants in every expect. But it seems to me that by next years onward China will lag behind its neighbor because Now world has shifted their focus towards India, Especially US and Western Europe.
