Good am happy for you too but kindly note all these points-
* Be contented with the salary n benefits
* Make sure all your attendants doesn't have previous experiences
* Make sure all the pumps have padlocks, 6 padlocks for one pump
* Be nice to your workers and be strict at the same time
* Don't conieve with the supplier
* Make sure your office is for you n your few trusted visitors
* Get a 5 and 1 litr keg in your office for weekly checking of they're dispensing
* Make sure you supervise fueling of gen, attendants use it to fraud.
* For security sake employe one male staff let others be female
* Make sure at every 20/50k sales is deposited in your office with records
* Don't sell on credit
* Don't receive visitors regularly
* Ledger book( pump 1, meter reading in&out) just like for PMS, AGO, DPK n GAS
