The Fulanis from Niger Republic are the problem of this Country and Buhari is one of them.

Their Allegiance is to their fatherland-Niger Republic.

I pity the Southwest that follows these guys all in the name of Isalm and one Nigeria.

To the Fulanis, Islam is a tool for enslavement of their host.

Yourubas should be careful.

For your information, I am not Ibo nor IPOB.

Some Nigerians did not live in America as long as this man lived in Nigeria before they get appointed or elected to public office. Hypocrisy is top of the many things I hate in my life, he came here as a child and has live here since 1975, 45 years and counting!

BTW, who take Sahara Reporters serious again in this country, maybe PDP dundees.

I AM DONE TALKING

You are talking rubbish

1) as he was not born in Nigeria
And came to Nigeria as a child

What claim does he have to be Nigerian?

If he does not have a naturalisation certificate to prove c citizenship

Anything short of that is lawlessness

Some of you will continue to defend stupid things

As long as he has naturalized his citizenship, he's fit to be called a Nigerian, after all we have Nigerians in diaspora in foreign parliaments and other official positions. No big deal after all.

While they are trying so hard to divide us in the SS and SE by telling us that I am not igbo and trying to point out any minute difference, but they are busy bridging their own gaps between two different countries building railway lines to artificially unite themselves while at the same time trying so hard to undermine the natural unity between the SS and SE.
My SS brothers should please wake up

We are no longer stupid. It was our fore fathers mistakes that they capitalized on

Yet when Nigerian emigrants to nations abroad achieve great things in politics, goverment, the academia, the military and law enforcement, sports, the arts and entertainment under those alien flags we go haw, haw, haw before settling down in the mud bath of bigotry and ethnic supremacy.

If a Nigerian emigrated to the US in 1972 and is now an ambassador to Nigeria won't we be happily gyrating in the mire...

Nonsenaical reasoning. Sahara has lost its way in the desert on this one. Just give them a can of CoolAid.

You have made a great point which I agree with totally. Most Nigerians would jump to celebrate when their compatriots get government appointments in Oyinbo country, yet they will cry wolf when a foreigner enjoys the same benefit here.
Bloody selfish hypocrites!

Because the Nigerians getting appointments in America are not illegal immigrants from Futa Jalon.

13% of US lawmakers are immigrants or the children of immigrants. There is no requirement for ministers to be born as Nigerians is there? As long as he is a citizen (naturalized or some other). I mean, according to the same news, we can assume he's lived in Nigeria since the 70s.

All we want is good leadership... all the Nigerian-born leaders and ministers we've had... what have they achieved apart from looting and inadequate infrastructure?

If the Ships that came from Europe into Nigeria to harvest slaves were to come back again, a lot of Nigerians will buy slots to follow the ships cos of the mess the country has become. That ambassador must be representing cows and not Nigerians. Buhari has used that slot to strengthen his ties with his herdsmen brothers. It's annoying to read that the Jigawa state Governor allegedly fronted him so he can get him serve as an ambassador to Morocco, and double as his conduit in his Casablanca based fertilizer company...this is just the height of creative fraud.

Buy wetin.

They will show with letters from traditional rulers and honourables so they can top the list of volunteer slaves

As in I no just understand the level of their hypocrisy, I mean a person that has spent over 45 massive years in this country and a naturalised citizen isn't qualified for any government post?

Well, he can't be less Nigerian than the naturalized Benin Republicans, Togolese, Ghanaians, etc, living, breeding, and occupying political offices from Lagos to other parts of Nigeria.

This is like saying a naturalized Nigerian or African in America, Canada, France, etc, can never qualify for public positions... Aren't naturalized Africans becoming political office holders, here and now in Italy and England??!

Sahara Reporters should know better na.

Do you think any person from Nigeria can just stroll into America and join the military without background checks, citizenship or residency permits?

See that's the problem with people like you, you don't think at all. Right now there's no evidence the man even lived here for the 45 years I keep seeing all over this thread.
