Tall buildings isn’t what creates a city, the schools, hospitals, roads, parks, sewage all matter, in majority of Sandton and joburg you will never see a flooded road, even when it rains heavily roads won’t be flooded, which is what you should be aiming for not, having the most tall buildings.

Nairobi was recently named 14th world most eco-friendly city in the world. South Africa best city - Cape Town - came at 50.

What do you think we will lack. We just need to replace the slums with parks; and move slum dwellers to high rises buildings - and Nairobi will be as good as any city in the developed world.

Despite the poverty and hard economic times - Nairobi has managed to remain a decent city except for Eastland.

Right now Nairobi Management just ordered folks to repaint in the original approved colors. Our planning approval is strictly adhered to.

we're now on the same page.
There is a difference between dominating and hard working.
Dominating is ambiguous term, and going by this context, an Indian or foreigner who successfully runs a business in any country means he's fully under control of everything. Indians are mostly business people in Kenya and businesses doesn't have any relationship with dominating the natives.
