They should be aiming for Joburg to be London. And their country to transition into developed world like Mauritus just did. Mauritus just became Africa's first developed country.

But they know things are THICK and hence their frustrations.

While we are aiming to be be middle class country ( Vision 2030) - with GDP per capita of 4,000-5,000 - they have NO VISION.

They are stuck in vicious middle class circle like Latin/South America countries without any escape.
