Meanwhile, the road that will connect the longest bridge in Africa is currently underway in Mombasa wink

Longest bridge in Africa really, how long is it.
Re: Kenya Is Ahead of Nigeria In All Aspect (Facts Don't Lie) by Abohboy: 5:53pm On Jul 29, 2020
Shma:
1,400 m - 4,600 ft
We also have another 600m second nyali bridge.
Pic one is gate way bridge 1,400m.
Pic 2 is the second nyali bridge 600m

1.4 km is not even close to the longest bridge in Africa. The third mainland bridge is 10.3 km and you want to tell me that 1.4km is the longest bridge in Africa, funny please get your facts right next time.

Nigeria - Kenya rural development - most villages in kenya have electricity, piped water and good rural roads that are maintained. Majority people live less than 2kms from paved road.

This kind of things discourage urban migration to go and live a squalor life.

Nigeria isn’t the poverty capital, that report is obviously fake, India has 24% of the worlds poor, whilst Nigeria has 12% which means it is 88 million people are poor in Nigeria not the massively over inflated 140m that your peddling around, it is almost impossible for India to have less poor people then Nigeria.

We are staging where we now invent our own facts and choose which one to trust. Nigeria is the POVERTY Capital. And it will remain so for many many years. India is growing at 6-10%. It's making poverty history.

Nigeria doesn’t have more poor people than India, and it’s a fact, common sense comes before outdated data, wait for the next census, then we’ll find out not just by pure speculation.

Nigeria is so poor it couldn't afford the census.

Kenya SGR - despite the hullabaloo from it's detractor making dent on cost of transportation.

According to the East Africa Logistics Survey, the average cost of transporting a 40-foot container from Mombasa to Nairobi dropped to $1,000 last year from a high of $ 1,300 in 2011, while that from Mombasa to Kampala came down to $2,500 from $3,400 in the same period.

This is, however, lower compared to the Central Corridor mainly served by the Port of Dar es Salaam, where rates recorded a marginal increase. This places Mombasa as the cheapest entry point for goods into the region.

SCEA data shows the transport cost from Dar es Salaam to Kampala has increased from $2,507 in 2011 to $4,500 last year, making Northern Corridor the better choice for Uganda.

You cant understand? then you cant resolve.

Electricity generation and consumption, Steal production and consumption just these two things can tell if a country is progressing or not.

You just have big population and big oil reserve but nothing else.

Come and see Nairobi, you will have to wait for weeks to see a power-cut.

theenchanter:
I still don't get d fuss about this electricity issue u guys put up always. Populous countries don't solve their electricity crisis easily, even Egypt with half our population just solved theirs in 2016/2017.

Our electricity access rate is almost 60% and our universities, industrial areas and business clusters aren't connected to d national grid... They're connected to gas pipelines and solar energy. But u dumbos will make it seem as if everywhere in Nigeria is in stark darkness and generator's humming everywhere.

Aren’t you the same idiot who said it is quicker to go around Africa from Nigeria tog dt to India than it is to go through Africa by rail, come and prove to me, last time when I tried to school you, you didn’t reply come and reply this time I’ll bring the evidence again for you if you want.

Added to that with the 60% connection we only need 25 000MW to power all houses, but the government is going above that and creating 32 000MW, they have paid Siemens the counterpart funding so in the next 4 years with the Siemens contract we will reduce 25 000 MW, currently we produce 7000MW, how will we get to 25 000 you may be wondering. Well there will be 3500MW from mambilla hydro dam, an additional 750MW from zungeru, 300MW from the solar power plant in Niger state, and 3650MW from the akk pipeline and 7000MW from solar mini grids, as well as the upgrading of the egbin thermal power station to 3000MW, this will cost 10 billion dollars. When Nigeria gets electricity right, then no other country in Africa will be able to compare to it.

Is it ready? i mean the shortest rout?
Tell me when its ready in your lifetime, cause At present there is still a direct route.

When did I say direct route, there is a direct route but with lappset there will be a quicker route understand illiterate, it is quicker to go through Africa by rail than export through Kenya to the Asian markets than to go all around Africa through container ships. And how can you not want lappset to happen in Kenya. Your a Kenyan yet you don’t want lappset to be completed.

I thought everyone has their cow. If they were doing so well - why the malnutrition rates. My friend a Maasai cow producing 1 litre of milk is not enough to sell to the neighborhood. The reality is every rural Tanzania has one or two lactacting cow producing less than enough milk for their own families...they produce 1-1.5 liters per day...not enough to feed large rural families.

For urban areas, you need Kenya dairies, to come sell milk there.

Not everyone has a cow in Tanzania, that like assuming that all Americans own a Tesla. The further away you move from the city the more likely you will find cattle keepers and most people in the city use processed milk. And about producing 1 ltr do you also milk the cows to know that statistics.

If u can't understand a simple stuff like pasteurization, what about other things like homogenization of milk? Its so funny for a guy like u who came from a starving nation trying to argue with me a guy from a food sufficient nation with all my engineering knowledge
