I think borno state alone can create and keep more than 100,000 soldiers on it own, there are many countries smaller than borno state I'm the world and they can stand on their own. Thank you. Zulum.

He has good intentions no doubt, but as sad as it is to admit, is a politican...

Talking about the problem not being with the COAS or Buhari? Rather with command structures on the ground. Army mobilization and deployment in the NE is on its own It's not NA again. Na chad army ? Or republic of boko forces?

Those young men dying and fighting with inadequate/outdated equipment and under poor welfare are the ones who misused the 2018 1 billion USD special withdrawal for boko haram

Buratai is innocently at their mercy ?? They are the ones locking up Buratai and his generals for speaking up about poor pay and neglect?

Please let us free Buhari and the Army chief from the kleptocratic hands of the lower ranks... the oppression is too much !! Lol.

The fact that he reiterates the absolution of the top ranks and CinC shows u that he is at least partly dishonest. Army budget is about 2 billion usd even with the weaker naira. Mr Zulum should shush.

At least let those boys live (and hopefully not die) in peace. Not like they have a choice.

DSS operative shot dead teenager Who tried to rescue a drunk man.

Some residents of Sharp corner community in Nasarawa State on Tuesday expressed dissatisfaction against the alleged killing of a young man in the area.

A young man identified as Kingsley was allegedly shot dead by DSS operative from FCT Command.

We learnt Kingsley was trying to rescue a drunk man found close to a shop opposite the DSS quarters, sharp corner mararaba.

The deceased tried to resuscitate him but was quizzed by the DSS operative instead.

However it lead to an argument. Despite his glaring innocence, the DSS operative have refused to let him go. He chased after him to Ebenezer Primary School and shot him from behind.

A witness, who pleaded for anonymity, told CW that everything happened in a flash.

“I and some others who were at a provision shop saw what was happening and quickly explained to the DSS operative that Kingsley was only trying to help the drunk man.

CW gathered that one of the DSS operative allegedly shot a youth simply identified as Kingsley from behind.

Best approach!
The officers are compromising and sabotaging the entire operation for their selfish gain.

Defence should carry out a massive redeployment of officers within the region ASAP.
massive deployment could work but only partially. There's boko haram in the military, police, customs, etc. Have you ever wondered how they had access to those sophisticated weapons.as soon as their containers of ammunition arrive lagos port, there would be sudden redeployment from the above to pave the way for seamless clearance of those weapons and this would be monitored until it gets to the regions where they'd be used on innocent Nigerians. As soon as this is done officers redeployed would be asked to return to their duty posts. The only solution is exposing boko boys sponsors by same military and bring them to book because they know them.
