Staff are no longer keen sharing their numbers. I've had someone call me at midnight screaming that they hadn't got their ROI for that day (which began at midnight)! I just allow devil not to take me over and calmly told the person I will resolve it in the morning.

Shout out to two people from here: eezeribe and Iamwarrified. Eezeribe was surprised the day I called him at my expense for some documentation. Man was pleasantly served. As for Iamwarrified, that one will just send a polite text cos his location doesn't have good network. And he gets speedy resolution. Approach matters a lot.

I have a little challenge. I invested in MBA on proxy meaning I did everything with an account officer someone linked me with in Abuja though I am in a state that doesn't have MBA, though everything is going fine. My last installment is due 4th of next month. My only issue is that the account officer has long resigned can someone help with an email or contact and procedure of termination. As I want to invest with an account officer I know from the Calabar office.

I have been trying to contact my branch about a missed payment..my first 6 month contract ended on may 29th. I couldn't do roller + top up that day because the last roi was delayed till 1st of June.I was able to do the top+ rollover on the 5th of June. On the 29th of June I saw only the roi for the rollover and I didn't see the roi for top up. I complained to my customer relationship officer about it she said I should wait till July.now I saw the alert only to see this month roi (top up + roll over) while the roi top of last month was not credited. What can I do now.

It's your freewill to reply or not. If I see question within my capacity, I'll answer. Its a matter of choice. Y'all should stop lamenting over nothing like anyone forced u to reply.

You already have access to an account officer.

Complain again to the account officer, and your issues would surely be sorted out.

Nobody is being harsh here unnecessary. there is no need for that.

Even your youngest child would not be complaining of a locked door when the key is available.

@ rafindo is not a newbie in MBA Fx, the man has been around and even did Roll over, so we were not really expecting such questions from him, especially when he has a contact person he has been talking to.
