Good evening, everyone . Please, I just got a laptop and I cannot view photos, anytime I try viewing pictures it tells me no applicable license found.

Windows 10 has a preinstalled photo viewer. This error message must be sth else. But try this:
Go to the photo > right click > Select Open With > Choose Photos.
Note: Mark the check photos asking whether or not you should use the app to open files before clicking on Photos.
