That is Tanzanian graduate level English. Grade 1-7 are taught in Kiswahili. They grade 8-12 they switch to English as the language of instruction. 90% graduate without knowing how to speak or write in English.

You don't have beaches that meet kenya, Seychelles and TZ standards. That is not exactly white - it has tinges of brown. The south africa water tide is too high. You cannot compete on that.

I think his problem is creating sentence without making error when using a passive vocabulary...he tends to use big words to describe somethings that is totally out of the blue...sometimes there is really no need for it which makes you wonder if he knows the meaning of those words in the first place...
