This Tec junior make sense but very expensive.
I'm using it now and the fuel economy is good, I have reduced the firing power to my load demand n It consumes 2litre for 6hrs ( 7pm -10pm for 2 days)...

just TV (77W), 1 ceiling fan (80W) and 40W bulb..and charge phones.

Hello, please how did you reduce the firing power ?

Hello bro, please do you know if this particular generator (Firman ECO 3990 ES) can comfortably power a 2 bedroom bungalow with a 1.5HP a/c, a fridge, TV set, and lightings?

Also is there much difference between this one and the ECO 4990 ES, in terms of maintainability and fuel consumption.

Cc: Engr @ enochogaga
the AC will eventually kill the Gen even 1hp AC is too much

Hello House

Please I am trying to get a new Gen but confused as to which is more durable.

I use to think at Disel Generators are strong hence my decision to buy Sumec fireman SDG12000 Diseal set 8.4KVA but reviews of it I got from a generator mechanic isnt so cool. Electrical issues, not long lasting, experience from users indicates it develop issues in the first one year of use and with the frustrations, it is packed aside

In light of the above, I am changing my mind to go for the fireman rugged petrol generator RD8910E 6.6kva or so. Please guys advise could this be a better choice.

I just need something durable that is able to power a freezer, a fridge and 2 ACs with other normal house appliance like TV set and soundsystems and lightings

firman products are not as reliable as they used to be prof can suggest a good Japanese diesel gen for you as it is better than petrol generator

this is what my generator is doing now. i bought a big generator and I do not have load. when i bought the gen it was consuming fuel with a loud sound. I called an engineer to help me lower it which he did.

since there is no load on it. the generator have been vibrating over since. sometime I add fridge to it but I observed that anytime I add fridge the fuel don't last.

so I stop adding fridge. the problem now is that if I add fridge it now it makes one kind noise like iron sounds, more a a mighty load that want to nock it off, I guess maybe because it's very low. like something that's struggling to work this is not what it use to be at that very low stage.

I don't know what is the problem? although is still works fine.

what damage can vibrating generator goes on the long run?

My 3.5 HP SENWEI generator (about two months old) starts removing black smoke and shut down suddenly. I felt it might be that the oil needs to be changed. I released the previous oil and refilled with another oil. When I turned it on, it worked well, after using it again the second time, the generator turned off (even though there is still fuel in it) and I noticed the black smoke again.
Your advice will be highly appreciated.
