All 1,200 Senior high and Technical schools in Ghana enroll 400 to 500 students per school, each year.

Multiply that by 1200 and see how many students are capable of being enrolled into a school if they dont fail.

Like i said, this is not Kenya where school infrastructure are lacking and none existent or incapable of holding the number of students because your government have failed to invest in educational infrastructure.

Ghana will not have a 100% transition rate from primary school to Secondary school ever.
Ghana is not kenya where there are no standards and everyone is enrolled into a school despite the fact that they have failed their entry level examination.

Here in Ghana, a failure in any core subject will not get you a placement into any High school.

Its is even mediocre to compare your country to the Ghana standard education.
