There are a lot of business you can start without capital depending on your location. I started my business with customers money. I collected money from 2 persons upfront and got them 2 laptops from Alaba market. I was able to get 4 laptops in the process though incomplete(lacking hard drives). The issue is will people trust you with their money. Do you have integrity and a good reputation?

While I worked with a major online marketplace in this country I met with a lot of guys in major markets in Lagos who don't have a shop or any goods but advertise other people's products online and go to deliver when they get an order. There are also guys in the market whose job is to source for customers for shop owners. They can make up to 5k on each sale.
