Hope you know that certain spendings are factored into the surgery cost, and a million per surgery does not mean a million naira in the pockets of the surgeons?

Honestly, the country is not structured in a way that can make a doctor a billionaire.

Check how much it takes to run a hospital, especially a specialist hospital. Now, factor that into the surgery cost, and you may see how much the doctors actually profit from the 1 million naira surgery.

Kiddwaya's father is wealthy obviously because of his association with politicians. No one really knew how he made his money, but past arrests have shown the possibility of fraudulence, especially money laundering.

Doctors can dabble into other businesses, but what other businesses can make one a billionaire in Nigeria if not politics, or association with politics.
Like I said earlier, your knowledge of the corporate world in Nigeria is limited to your exposure. Peace!
