Sammy07: And where is that fertile land located? Before you dash me clothes, I must see your wardrobe ( Before demanding for a new country, show us the gigantic development happening in the region) |
Re: Nigeria Unsafe For Yoruba – Banji Akintoye by Sammy07: 6:48am On Aug 02, 2020 |
helinues: The "gigantic development" refused to happen because we don't control our resources. Do you know how much the governments generates from Oyo and Ogun borders? What about seaports? Ain't we doing better in regional government when we control our resources? 1 Like |

helinues: Lol, Okay lemme say this. Nigeria government exports cocoa. If about 125tons were exported in July and government gained about 1billion. How many % do you think they will give to the state that owns it. How will the transformation happen? |

Re: Nigeria Unsafe For Yoruba – Banji Akintoye by helinues: 6:57am On Aug 02, 2020 |
Sammy07: If the law of the country says you must remit some % to FG, why not export more to have more state % share? |
Re: Nigeria Unsafe For Yoruba – Banji Akintoye by Sammy07: 6:59am On Aug 02, 2020 |
helinues: And why must we remit the % to the FG? Why must we continue to toil our farms and Fg will be given us crumbs? How many times have you heard they shared the sales of Gold among other states in Souths? |

Re: Nigeria Unsafe For Yoruba – Banji Akintoye by Sammy07: 7:03am On Aug 02, 2020 |
helinues: No, All Souths and few of agricultural products from Middlebelt and North. Sales of gold, I couldn't find it in Nigeria Exports site or whatever they call themselves. |
Re: Nigeria Unsafe For Yoruba – Banji Akintoye by helinues: 7:05am On Aug 02, 2020 |
Sammy07: You could not find it cos those other region leaders are dumbo..... There are so many natural resources to tap from but our leaders are not just creative.. Ordinary different types of rocks alone we have in SW is a big money not to talk of fertile lands for Agriculture |
Re: Nigeria Unsafe For Yoruba – Banji Akintoye by Sammy07: 7:07am On Aug 02, 2020 |
helinues: Ehn Ehn, So we should continue to tap our remaining resources and the federal government will still come and take it back. I'm even afraid for my dear sorry state as bitumen exploitation will begin now. |
Re: Nigeria Unsafe For Yoruba – Banji Akintoye by helinues: 7:09am On Aug 02, 2020 |
Sammy07: Bro, if we export all this natural resources in bulk, we wouldn't be concerned about how much % FG is taking. BTW, the % going to states, what have they done about it? |
Re: Nigeria Unsafe For Yoruba – Banji Akintoye by Sammy07: 7:12am On Aug 02, 2020 |
helinues: No, we are not exploiting it now until we get our Nation when we can fully utilize it. Your 2nd statement. The average cost of infrastructure In south is higher than North. The crumbs given to us isn't enough. I'm not justifying the corruption of our politicians tho. |
Re: Nigeria Unsafe For Yoruba – Banji Akintoye by helinues: 7:13am On Aug 02, 2020 |
Sammy07: @ bolded, does that mean the region will remain dormant until you can utilize your natural resources? Is half or even quarter not better than nothing? |
Re: Nigeria Unsafe For Yoruba – Banji Akintoye by Sammy07: 7:18am On Aug 02, 2020 |
helinues: I understand your point of view, but the regions are developing. That's why we have DAWN. (Development agenda of Western Nigeria). This country cannot work at all |
Re: Nigeria Unsafe For Yoruba – Banji Akintoye by helinues: 7:23am On Aug 02, 2020 |
Sammy07: Bro, let call the spade the spade. Our past and present leaders are not creative.. Watching ' How do they do it ' makes me to realise so many natural things we are missing.. So clothes are made from woods |
