According to what he told Kiddwayya, Ozo came to him to complain about the ill treatment he is receiving from the girls in the house, especially Dorathy and Nengi and how they are putting him in an uncomfortable position.

In Neo's words: "I no like how these girls dey treat Ozo

So according to Neo, Ozo is an immature, indecisive, weakling who can't stand for himself.
