I want you to advise me, if I go for Samsung A31, is its specification of Camera 48mp and battery 5000mah not just on its box....

Why not go for M31 and enjoy screen protection with gorilla 3, and the smooth Exynos processor. Plus 6000 mAh battery

Samsung A31 is not value for money. 105k can get you a flagship killer from other brand. BTW, no Samsung A series is worth the price, accept you want a device with AMOLED

AMOLED has the best colour display, can display true black which is great for watching movies, although, it's more expensive to fix if accidentally broken.
Personally, I wouldn't choose AMOLED display as my first priority over performance in a device.
For now, Redmi Note 9s is your best buy. It will perform far better than any Samsung brand of the same price

Don't be deceived, low budget Samsung does not have value for money, get S10plus, Note 10, and S20 if you wanna enjoy Samsung. I have used alot and stops on A71. Too pricy.. A31 cost 100plus.. imagine..
Go for Redmi note 9s.. 6gb/128gb..

Same company produces techno and infinix, so don't expect anything good from infinix.

1 - Redmi note 9 - Lcd panel (not amoled), average camera, good battery life, decent chip (can handle games averagely. heats up a bit on prolonged use).

2. Samsung you are asking of is not worth it at that price. In the A series which is the Level 2 so to say, the Samsung A71 is the best (above yr price) and the A51 is also good but also above yr price range.

3. Infinix note 7 is just warm but i would go with the Xiaomi redmi note 9 series rather than any Infinix out there.

So, google redmi note 9 series, watch some reviews on youtube by typing in the phone name in search tab.

Then make an informed decision, goodluck!

Redmi ambassador well done... O.p don't let anyone confuse you, Samsung A31 is a good phone. I have make a lot of research on it. Am looking forward to get one self. This Redmi 9s he was advertising up & down go check review on GSMarena and see what problem people are facing with the phone. These are the people that are users of these phone, you get first hand info.
And finally, there are people like me who are the allrounders. We want a bit of everything in a phone in the above list i.e Durability, Good Processor, Good Display, Good Battery, Good Camera e.t.c. and this phone have it all
Lastly, if you're looking for a phone for about there years before opting for a new one then go for Samsung.
