Meat pie Filling
Ground beef
Irish potatoes
Carrot
A dash of turmeric
Curry
Thyme
Seasoning powder
Onion
Garlic powder
Veg oil(a Tablespoon will do)
Salt
Dried pepper for a little heat
Corn starch or flour

Directions
Cut the Irish potatoes and carrot to your desired size
Boil the Irish potatoes to be tender( not too soft)
Add in the carrot, onion and the ground beef. Add the veg oil and stir. Allow to simmer for a minute, add the seasoning and spices, stir and check for salt. Cook until the ground meat has changed its reddish color.
Mix / dissolve the cornstarch or flour with a little water, add it to the ground beef filling and stir very well. Cook for a minute or 2, and wala It’s ready.

Tips: I added little salt to the Irish potatoes before boiling, to add tatse to it.

For the sauce, you have to use enough oil...Asin plenty oil

Palm oil
Dry chilli pepper
Seasoning cube (Maggi)
Ground crayfish
Salt
Ginger (optional)

Soak your dry chilli in water for about 4hrs or over night. Blend till it is very smooth

Bleach your oil on heat.
Add in your diced onions and fry till it is brown (not burnt)
Add in your blended pepper. Fry continuously till it turns black or till you perceive that popular agoyin aroma
While frying, add in your crayfish, salt and Maggi.

That's it...you can ask questions where you're not clear

I don't know of any brand within that range for gas over. However, you can get a good electric oven for that price. Kindly check Fouani or LG showrooms

you'll have to cook for me last last for over a month every morning I wake up and check Nairaland, i'll see some tantalizing food my mouth no fit chop, yesterday it was one yam pottage with pomo, today somebody did fish with butter or something. Now it's fantasy cooking try dey send my own come this side once once.

I think I saw some called Nutella sef and I have been having a nuttella craving, coz well coz it goes with bread.
