I do not know the parameters he used - BUT the higher the more wood and roofing sheet required.... by my rough estimates, i also got 383m2 - I doubt it would be much different thou.

Boring hole is a must because the heat should be extracted out. You need to pipe it out using 75mm PVC pipe.

I agree that the best option is to bore out of the room but where this is not possible, there are recirculating type hood extractors where the air is moved through a filter in the same room. These things are primarily for odor elimination than heat extraction.

@Sako, your idea looks good but dont you think that unless the buildings are equal distance from the tanks, one building will experience shortage when water level gets low, due to relative lower pressure?

- What are its rental value, of houses around the place as of now?
- How close is it to future infrastructures like the "proposed" Airpot, Refinery, etc
- How to close to the Main road is it?
- What is the road network in its environment like?
- What is the "quality" of the people (your neighbours ) around the place
- What is the value of other lands in the area, at this moment?
- How close is it to the Ocean? Can you see or hear the waves from its location?
- You said it needs sandfilling, it that because it is a 'brackish' swamp or it is good, sandy land but just because it has a low elevation wrt the main road?

I am asking all these so you can evaluate the value you are getting for that amount. It is difficult to just say it is "good/bad' value for that amount, since only you have seen the land itself.
You need to make an objective evaluation, taking all the above into consideration.
There are lands in that axis that cost #800,000 only while l also have a plot in the same Place around Cheveron, that some are willing to pay me #35M cash right now but l am not selling because l think the value will skyrocket soon, once certain thinks take shape along that axis.

We diverted water from our Kitchen and Bathroom of the Six Flats to the Soakaway. Suddenly we just used it for 7 Months and It got Filled Up and all water started entering the septic tank and got it filled up too.

What is the best solutions for us to resolve this problem?

The area the house is situated don't have a drainage System or Gutter.

It depends on what you want and what attracts you. and the purpose you are getting it. Land in that axis is expensive and you will still need sandfilling as you rightly said.

Make sure to search for the land information at Lagos surveyor-general office before paying.
