In as much as I'm not applying for the work, I want to let you know that you can never get a professional freelance developer with this conditions not to talk of a corporate body.

How can you tell a developer to purchase domain name and hosting with his/her money, do you know what you're saying.

Something that codeable will pay you $70 per hour to run wordpress site na im this bros dey talk this kind thing.

The guy dey find those WordPress guys who are hawking web development for 10k. Even those will not even buy domain for u.
