The prices of shoprite in Nigeria are more expensive then the prices of shoprite in South Africa, in South Africa I can buy five pieces of corn for 20 rands from shoprite which is about 1 dollars but in Nigeria a single piece of corn costs 500, the difference is that shoprite imports a lot in Nigeria so there are higher prices. when you here Singapore what really comes to mind ?
Personally, I know Singapore by her nice streets modern towers and her city plan.
If we see iconic Buldings rising from Nairobi with the blend of other existing iconic low rise and skyscrapers, then know we're not exalting Buldings for no reason; Aesthetic, reputation, bulding codes and zoning implementation as part of urban planning all comes in mind!
