When you tell people the truth about the Covid 19

People will ignore. When you tell them that their opinion is because they've been captured.they will pick offence.

Anybody that loses his/her job should jejelly go home and sleep. If you say anything against Buhari and it's government just remember to keep your 5 million Naira for hate speech.

That's the next level you guys voted for. Enjoy!

So sad to hear this. I actually took some students to their airfield in PH for an excursion.
Unfortunately some of their hot female staff I exchanged contacts with are now jobless.
Make no body call me for now. I can't kill myself.

Of course na.
Media created panic. The government didn't think through. Shut down everything for almost a month. Everything ground to a halt. Economy wey bad before, come worse more.
Isn't it funny that the lockdown was imposed when Covid cases were less than 1000 nationwide only for lockdown to be eased off when Covid cases reached tens of thousands?

Correct.
The media and WHO played a big part in this.
In the era of political correctness and mainstream media, all of them had one message and it was that of WHO, the perceived overall authority that knows how best to handle a pandemic.
Other parallel opinions and findings from other sources were completely ignored by the media, opinions that could have helped out the situation; only WHO was allowed to speak and the message they had was that of mass panic and hysteria.
For them a total global lockdown was the only way out, anyone who didn't buy this idea was a monster that wanted to carry out global genocide
Not once did WHO acknowledge the economic implications of whatever they were doing.

It affects everybody. Both employed and self employed are connected. If the economy is down and a lot of people are jobless, who will patronize the self employed? If they get 10 customers on good days, they would now start getting 5 which will affect their profitability.
These pilots that are out of job will immediately reduce their spending. That means no more holiday, no buying new car etc The hotels have one less customer, the car dealer that would have sold a car next week will not sell. Some people's businesses have collapsed these period because of low patronage. You see the connection?

Aside these (air transportation workers), thousands of Nigerians have already lost their jobs unnoticed to us.

* Have u considered those whose factories were shut down and the workers were automatically sacked?

* Have you any idea of the number of teachers and non academic workers working in the private schools that haven't received a penny for d past 6 months? (Are
they not more vulnerable to those pilots just sacked)?

* What about all the markets that are shut down all over the country?
Oh, so your attention hasn't been drawn to the thousands shop owners and sales employees that have lost their jobs directly or indirectly..

* For those who think churches only make money by means of collecting tithes and offerings, let me also inform u that some churches have a handful of paid employees.. and they are having no jobs at the moment.

Juat to mention but a few....

MY MAIN POINT IS THAT, YR 2020 WONT BE FORGOTTEN IN A HURRY!!
